From Surveyor:
Work-as-executed Stormwater Installation
Survey Report and Sketch
Final Subdivision plans and admin sheets
Services Report
Positive Covenant Section 88E (if applicable)
From Engineer:
Stormwater Completion certificate for work-as-executed
From Certifier:
Copy of Full occupation certificate
From Owner / builder:
Confirmation fencing has been installed along property boundaries.
From Sydney Water:
Section 73 Compliance Certificate (must include subdivision)
From Council:
Property Numbering letter (if applicable)
Service Connection Confirmation:
Electrical (notice of arrangements)
Natural Gas - NSW Fair trading (if applicable)
Telecommunications / NBN
